Please reevaluate your current workforce. If your goal continues to be a relevant competitor for financing solutions in Germany, I fear you will not be able to match that goal with the current workforce. This concerns both the amount of workforce as well as their qualifications.

I can no longer understand the decisions made by management. “Disagreeable employees” who have done a great job are being fired under the pretext of ‘dismissal for operational reasons’, but juniors are being kept on whose quality of work barely meets the minimum standard. aifinyo continuously manages to downgrade its workforce quality to an extend where it is no longer enjoyable to work here. As you read this you might think I'm butthurt, but I'm actually really frustrated seeing competent employees leaving the company or getting fired for unsound reasons. This has happened multiple times now. I'm really frustrated.
Kommunikation
Should be improved both ways. I fear management does not understand the limitations of its' current workforce capabilities and plans new features or products nonetheless, then gets frustrated when given goals aren't met. I'm not saying management is at fault: I can imagine that given limitations are not communicated properly to them leading to the provided decisions.
Gehalt/Benefits
Moderate pay for all the requirements I'm expected to match. I understand - it's an SME, not Google. But common, these wages are nowhere near competitive. Valuable employees have left because of that.
