The organizational structure should be reconsidered. Currently, the many tasks in different areas and projects feel somewhat overwhelming. Regular one-on-one meetings should be held to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement from employees.

Atmosphere is demanding but also gives the opportunity to grow and learn a lot of new things.
Work-Life-Balance
Work hours are fixed from 8 to 5 with one hour lunch break. Working from home can be requested but in general working from the office is preferred.

Everybody is super nice and happy to help as best as they can.

Sometimes it feels like project manager is involved in too many things at once which leads to a lack of communication. This also leads to organization to feel chaotic at times.
