Work-Life-Balance
Work-life balance is quite good. Some periods could get busy but very rare depending on the department. Upper management and HR push employees to use their vacation times and prevent employees from working overtime often. Working during the weekends, vacations and official holidays are strictly forbidden. The bank has 30 days (working days) of paid vacation. They additionally provide paid marriage, child, relocation and family emergency vacations.

Majority of the employees are quite nice. However, some could be afraid of the changes and are not trying to improve themselves. The upper management should have courage to question the ability of employees -especially in higher levels- who lack basic skills of the finance and the tools such as Excel.

Upper management regularly inform the employees about the recent developments in the bank, major changes and quarterly results. They value the opinion of the employees in these meetings. CEO and HR regularly listen the concerns and comments of all employees in groups.
