Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I believe they create a flexible environment for students. The absence of rigid working conditions is important for balancing student and professional life.
Furthermore, it's wonderful that they provide opportunities to explore different departments for personal development. If there's an opening in a department you'd like to experience, you can gain valuable new skills and knowledge.
Akbank AG treats students equally with permanent staff, including them in events and company perks, which is great.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The work environment is very positive and supportive. Colleagues are respectful and collaborative, which creates a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels valued and motivated to perform at their best.
Work-Life-Balance
In consultation with my team, I can plan my work and vacation days according to my preferences. During exam periods, I can take a break from work and focus on uni without feeling pressured.

The salary exceeds minimum wage, plus they provide meal vouchers. They also give out gifts throughout the year to boost motivation.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Akbank AG, together with its volunteer team, tries to implement many different volunteer projects. The Cleanup program carried out on International Cleanup Day was a great example of environmental awareness.
Or the food distribution project for people experiencing homelessness, which was found beneficial by many volunteers, I think helped employees feel good and increase their awareness.
