Arbeitsatmosphäre
I experienced the atmosphere as tense and stressful, and I did not feel safe or comfortable raising concerns. After internal complaints were made, my perception was that the people who spoke up were treated dismissively and left in the dark. I have not been feeling well since I started working at this company.

In my opinion, the polished external image of this company has nothing to do with what I experienced on the inside.
Work-Life-Balance
For me, work-life balance did not exist. I constantly felt under pressure from deadlines I perceived as unrealistic and arbitrary, and the stress affected my sleep. In my view, this working style is not compatible with healthy European working standards.
I have read the claim on this page that people here simply lose track of time because the topics are so exciting. That does not match my experience in any way. In my experience, the long hours came from pressure and fear of not delivering, not from passion, and I personally find that framing dismissive of what employees actually go through.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I did not perceive any real opportunities for development or training during my time there. My impression was that the focus was only on fast delivery, not on growing people.
Gehalt/Benefits
It is okay, but in my view, not appropriate for the stress and workload.

I did not feel supported, respected, or appreciated by management. In my perception, leadership lacks experience and vision, and priorities changed constantly, so that in my view a lot of work ended up being thrown away. When I raised concerns or suggestions, I felt shut down; my impression was that only a small circle of people was listened to. Even when I delivered good work, I felt the only feedback was that it should have been faster. In my opinion, management has unrealistic expectations of what AI tools can produce, and uses that to devalue the team's work.

In my experience, communication was not transparent.
Gleichberechtigung
As a woman, I did not feel safe, respected, or protected in this company, and based on my own experience I cannot recommend this employer to women. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a job here to speak to current and, above all, former female employees before accepting an offer.
Interessante Aufgaben
The subject matter could be interesting, but in my experience, the constant pressure and shifting priorities made it impossible to do the work properly.
