Home office and working hours can be arranged flexibly. Office events were very good.

I was lured away from a solid company with supposedly secure and high salary promises (including bonuses). In the end, the income was consistently very low compared to the supposedly promised realistic target salary.

I would suggest being more transparent and open to feedback.
I recommend that you do not take a lawyer's approach to constructive feedback (from my side) on this platform.
Unfortunately, I could not give any feedback on kununu about the management, as legal action has already been taken against it a few times and I could not prove my assessment afterwards.
I am surprised that only criticism is countered and has to be proven. I hope that positive evaluations also have to be proven with the same care afterwards.
