It's super fun to come to the office. The atmosphere in my team is great, my colleagues are really nice and there's a lot of communication between the teams. The open office design also encourages you to have lunch together or to have a drink together after work.

I really appreciate the fact that home office can also be arranged easily and the working hours are quite flexible.

I think it's great that you also get to know people from other teams and you always have a lot of fun together.

Arbeitsbedingungen
All in all, I feel super comfortable in the office. It's very modern and inviting. More healthy options like standing desks or similar and more meeting rooms would be great. Improvements are already planned here, though.
Kommunikation
Expectations are clearly communicated and goals are mutually agreed upon. The tone is always friendly and you feel very valued and welcome.
