What I value most about the employer is the consistently high quality and intellectual depth of the work. The projects are genuinely challenging and stimulating, and there is a strong emphasis on individual responsibility and independent work.

The leadership team is very engaged, highly competent and fair. Senior colleagues bring themselves into projects in a thoughtful way, and one learns a great deal from them both professionally and personally.

I also appreciate the culture of open dialogue: it is possible to raise issues and to express different views respectfully, and these perspectives are listened to and taken seriously.
