extremely high pace environment but in the best way possible, very easy to get handed ownership, you can develop relatively freely but get enough guidance. talent density is very high aswell

Introducing proper OKRs, or a shared goal-setting framework, would give teams a common direction, make priorities clearer, and help topics get followed up on more consistently.
