Overall, I appreciate my workplace and the opportunity to be part of the team. However, I sometimes find the working atmosphere challenging because some long-standing colleagues can be intimidating or communicate in a very harsh manner. I believe that respectful, supportive, and open communication would help create a more positive working environment for everyone.
