When I started to work with the company, they failed to find a project for me for three month, then they forced me to make 5 days holiday, then I searched and found another company immediately..
Furthermore, they couldn't find a job for a friend of mine for four months, so they kicked him during the probation period.
So, their strategy is to get any one who already finished his study, and try to invest him, if they failed then they kick the person easily.
