Verbesserungsvorschläge

Provide safe work environment, trust employees, provide good salary package, provide Trainings, increase employee retention rate, hire talented management and project leaders, create transparency in project and have an open communication.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Very toxic. Projects lasts an year or two and since the employees leave the company after 2 years, the Management takes advantage of the career starters by paying them peanuts and give extra work to them. I'm in this company for almost 3 years now, and I see none satisfied with the work atmosphere.

Kommunikation

Very Bad communication. My Project leader has insufficient English knowledge and acts like he knows everything. Often there is a miscommunication between Management and Project lead and this causes frustration, Demotivation and conflicts in Team.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

When it comes to Team it is good in general, but the consultants leave the company after 2 years and again the seniors have to train the new hires. New hires are gift for the company as they agree to work for less pay.

Work-Life-Balance

Seniors often have to work overtime and these overtimes are neither paid nor to be entered in the time Sheet. According to Work council's agreement, the times are based on trust. But I see no trust in employees and times are rejected by project leads. The work-life also depends on the customer, but in most cases the work is less as the customer doesn't want to give important tasks to ALTEN.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

I had 5 managers in my 3 year employment. Frequent change of management speaks for itself. No proper knowledge transfer leading to frustrated employees. Work council is not strong enough as it should be.

Interessante Aufgaben

Bachelors and Master students can do more than cleaning toilets. No proper transparency in project. ALTEN bids for less money to win projects, thereby less tasks and less salary package.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Peanuts. Management gets more package and excellent benefits, but they keep complaining about top management.

Known for less paying service provider in Wolfsburg.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

No trainings in the last year 2023. Managment just gives lame excuses not to provide trainings. New managers were hired from outside and given the "Experienced Manager" title. Promotion with salary hike is a taboo.
