Maybe that they weren' t that hard about me missing sending them the DAILY hours, I was already having to book as WEEKLY in the system of the company renting me.

If you want to be taken over by your dream company (test your luck or a last 'Hurray' ) , or are just in a desperate need of a salary, accept their offers, but otherwise, trust me, there's a 99% percent you' re being taken advantage off (even in this messed up times in Germany) .

You are a revolving door company, so you are the bottom o the barrel as far as I am concerned.
Personell wise, you' d have to fire everyone from the top, to the bottom.
System wise, not hard to improve- take the worked hours booking system, or the system to book buisness trips.
Enforcing the free days from Overtime or fair payment, at the tariff earned by your employee at said moment- yes, it is normality in the industry.
Have a system to clearly explain what people will be earning whilst rented, not to be taken advantage of- yes, it is normal in the industry.
Evaluate maybe better your Account Managers, like my last, that fired me, because of their ineptitude showed by them in not searching a job for me 6 Months before my Project expired- focusing souly on my extension.

Kommunikation
Communication done mostly only via e- mail and in a rather poor manner. During my period being rented/ leased, nobody could clarify to me very important things.
Before being fired I had multiple Account Managers. I never met most of them. The only ones I' ve met, were the ones that needed something from me. I too, like someone else said here,was handed coffee mugs and Buisness Cards to spread around and be a Salesman for the company.
Why I am detailing this: for you to know you will be remembered only WHEN THEY need something else from you (other than you being rented) .
I needed to remind them my Project was about to be over, and I needed something else to do. Nobody, and I mean nobody, other than myself searched for a new job in their Portal, for after the project was over (remember this, if you think of signing a contract with them) .
I was told I should come into the office once the project was over which I did and was greeted by a closed door, as I landed during `Bruckentag` with AM on Holiday.
I tried to apply for jobs from the company to other AM' s, but they too, ignored me. Always in meetings (online),never available.

I would say, for the company itself, it is perfect.
E- mails took 'ages' to get replies, even if you' d reply immediately after receiving something from someone, and on Teams (online) , they were always `In meetings` .
So lots of free time.
In my case, my free time was discussed with the Team leader who rented me. From Alten, 0 resistance in approving.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Pa-the-tic. I got in a meeting with a Manager, only to be fired. Maybe as a `backup` . I knew what it was up, as the AM was totally uninterested in my well being and again, he didn't know me, so he didn' t care.
But to make it short, the Managers, just like the Account Mangers seem just as unqualified, and unable to handle situations in professional manner, meaning to hear my side of the story as well.
They also have no desire to do what the company needs to do, and uphold their word (from the interview) . They would rather adhere to the unspoken `revolving doors` .
Whoever has contacts from their previous companies, can ask about said managers.
Interessante Aufgaben
From the company itself, I don't know and I would say `no` .
Tasks from the ones that rent you, if you are lucky to integrate and take more responsability, are worth a 6 Star.
Gleichberechtigung
Plenty of Ladies/ Mrs. , so I would say the 50- 50 Rule is strongly enforced.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I wouldn't know, as there is no Team persay in the `Consulting` Unit.
But if it's strictly between me and the AM' s, then 1 Star well deserved.

From the company I was rented at 5 Stars.
From them, mostly online courses, although you won't ever see the company.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Not worth it. Read the contract well before signing- give it to a lawyer, or even AI.
No Christmas or Holidays pay, Inflation adjustment, or salary increase after the Project ends.
Realise you don't get raises during this time, and Inflation exists.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Ze- ro. Promises of a takeover from the renting OEM/ Suppliers are just the carrot on the very long stick which they have nothing to do with. Fight for a just salary and hope for a takeover.
And from them, as Alten Engineering? Lowcost company.
