Toxic. If you are a dynamic, skilled and hard working individual, Analog is not a good place for you to be. It has lots of long term employees, who are very comfortable in their LONG TERM positions. They will either use you to do their work (and take credit for it) or will give you as much trouble as they can.

Good old hard working will get you nowhere, no advancement, no recognition. Nepotism also seems to be well and alive at Analog in Munich.
