Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Choice of working remote or in Office,
Easy communication and quick replies,
Lots of opportunities if you're not interested in one project, you can switch to another,
Online interesting events like Hackathon, employers presenting their personal projects / creative works,
Budgets for Team events,
Funded office trips/ party's
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
nichts
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Work-friendly environment. Everyone is quite motivated.
Work-Life-Balance
It can't be better as you can choose yourself, if you want to work remote or in Office. Working in the office once in a while and team events make it even better.
Kommunikation
I like the fact, the company hosts something that gets everyone together once in a while outside of work. Everyone talks about creative stuffs outside of work too.
Gleichberechtigung
As an international student, i feel equally welcomed. The team members are supportive and provide assistance when needed.
