Interesting product, great team and lots of flexibility!
Ex-Werkstudent/inHat bis 2024 im Bereich Vertrieb / Verkauf in Hamburg gearbeitet.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Cool product and many smart and really nice people
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Uninspiring leadership, too many slack updates about people leaving the company without giving context - overall it seems like the culture isn't what it used to be
Verbesserungsvorschläge
More transparent communication
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I always felt welcome, respected and well-integrated.
Work-Life-Balance
Lots of flexibility with working hours
Gehalt/Benefits
Not too good, especially not for masters students
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The people working in the sales department are all friendly, ambitious and very supportive - great team!
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My boss was really great
Kommunikation
Decisions were only communicated once they were finalized, without involving people who were affected in the process. Overall, you don't really get a lot of updates on the company if you're fully remote, especially when working part-time.
