Alright for some positions. But still being told that the salary is great as Appinio is a startup is ridiculous. The money is there but being distributed to other teams…
Entscheidungen über Gehalt sind sehr zwiespältig.
Wurde leider nach intensivem Praktikum nur Mindestlohn angeboten und es wurde trotz erwiesener Kompetenz mit "du bist unqualifiziert" gerechtfertigt. Vertrag hab ich natürlich abgelehnt.
Karriere/Weiterbildung wird mit durchschnittlich 4,5 Punkten bewertet (basierend auf 8 Bewertungen).

Durch das Wachstum des Unternehmens ergeben sich immer mehr neue Möglichkeiten, wie man sich intern weiterentwickelt. Wie bereits erwähnt kommt es da aber natürlich auch immer darauf an was die eigenen Pläne sind und inwiefern diese sich mit der Unternehmensstrategie vereinbaren lassen.
Meine Wahl ein Masterstudium zu machen wird voll unterstützt, auch sonst gibt es die Möglichkeit sich für Weiterbildungen und Workshops außerhalb anzumelden oder vom eigenen Team einiges mitzunehmen.
