Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Probably one of the weaknesses: most people are between 22 and 30, some between 30 and 40, but very few older than that. Having some troubles integrating them well regarding team events, communication, expectation setting and conflict management. Aware of that and working on it.

Office has gotten way too small and noisy since company has grown fast - but will move to a new and bigger office in August 2017
