A positive and personalized candidate experience
A great candidate experience is a top priority for our recruiting team. Detailed application process, streamlined communication and prompt feedback is fundamental. We treat every applicant with professionalism and respect, prioritizing candidate engagement at every step of the process.
Our recruitment journey usually takes up to 3 weeks, during which applicants should expect to meet various stakeholders.
As first step, successful applicants are invited to a brief 30-minute get-to-know online meeting with the Talent Acquisition team, followed by a 20 minute online assessment which can be completed in the comfort of their own home. Afterwards, successful candidates are invited to an online interview with the hiring team and/or teammates. Final step, finalists are joining a workshop, which usually takes up to 2 hours and depending on the location can be either online or onsite. After the workshop, detailed and constructive feedback should be expected and, if successful, an offer from us.
The recruiting team shall remain the main point of contact and will guide candidates through the process.

With consistent support from leadership and colleagues, I earned promotions to Senior BDR and then Account Executive. The company fosters a culture of professional development - of course when you show dedication, hard work, and strong performance metrics. Colleagues are friendly and always willing to help across all departments
Das ist die erste Company, bei der es mich so lange hält. Im Mai 2014 als Freelancer angefangen und mittlerweile seit zwei Jahren angestellt und im Führungsteam. Das hätte ich mir auch nicht träumen lassen, dass ich mich nochmal "fangen" lasse. Bereut habe ich es tatsächlich bis heute nicht.
Applause ist daran gelegen, möglichst langfristige Beziehungen einzugehen.
Die offene Kultur, der Umgang miteinander und die Wertschätzung untereinander aber auch für die geleistete Arbeit, motivieren mich jeden Tag aufs Neue.

Da fällt mir tatsächlich nichts ernsthaftes ein, denn wenn mich mal etwas stört, dann wird darüber gesprochen. Und in aller Regel ist das Problem dann erledigt, oder aber kein Problem mehr, weil ich den Hintergrund dazu verstehe.

It used to be more profitable and fun when the European branch had more autonomy. Since everything has to go through US approval things became dull and slow

Finde ich mittlerweile sehr gut. Hier hat man sich tatsächlich Gedanken gemacht, wie man die eigenen Mitarbeiter fördern und fordern kann. Über Coursera ist jeder Mitarbeiter in der Lage, sich selbst in seinem Zielgebiet weiterzubilden. Wenn es eine Weiterbildung im Rahmen der aktuellen oder einer möglichen zukünftigen Rolle bei Applause ist, darf man sich auch grundsätzlich während der Arbeitszeit weiterbilden.
