first of all we would like to thank you for your rating.

You mentioned that we have a lot to improve, especially in management. We are indeed always trying to improve and get better as a company. In the past 12 months, we have introduced a "Management Training" curriculum for all managers at Applause EU and are actively working on expanding it to new managers as well as introducing one-on-one coaching.

We are (and will in the future) put an increased focus on communication and transparency and are working on setting up new and improved processes.

So rest assured that we are continuously working on getting better every day!
