Could be better. A lot of pressure from the management regarding the KPIs. Everyone gets stressed and demotivated.

It’s up to yourself and really depends on your performance. If you’re tracking great for your KPIs no need to worry but if you’re not you’ll have a problem.

Very low fix salary but okay bonus.

My colleagues were great. I had a lot of fun with them.

More controlling than managing. Not everyone has the personality to lead a team.

Hardly existing. Between the colleagues it’s great if you make an effort yourself.

In general great - when it comes to the pay not good at all.

Super interesting and great product. But the job itself is day in day out the same! Super boring and not really thankful.
