The application process would benefit from better consolidation and a clearer sequence of steps.
It appeared that two separate technical evaluation tracks were conducted. One coming from the prospective manager (HEAD of AI) of the position and one from Director of AI department.
Additionally, the cultural fit interview—covering motivation, career expectations, and personality alignment—was scheduled after the technical project phase. Placing this earlier in the process could help both sides to save time and effort.

Especially in the first technical interview, the questions were accurate for the position and I felt like I'm making a fun tech talk with the interviewers. I really liked the whole people in the interviews and one day I would like to work with them together!
