The work-life balance is excellent. While there are occasionally stressful periods, overtime can usually be compensated with flex days. The option to work remotely is also a big plus.

There’s definitely potential for improvement in terms of professional development and career growth. More structured opportunities for training and advancement would be appreciated.

What truly makes this place special is the team spirit. Colleagues are incredibly supportive and always willing to help each other. It’s the people who create such a positive and motivating environment.

That said, leadership could be more responsive. Some directors are difficult to reach, which can become a bottleneck for teams. Others lack transparency. But to be fair, this is something I’ve experienced in many other companies as well.
Kommunikation
Communication, however, can sometimes fall short—especially top-down. The director level is not always transparent. While there are efforts to improve, there’s still room for HR and leadership to step up their game.
