A mixed team with several experienced engineers and still growing with new hires. It feels like a small team, but is embedded in a global organization.

Company communication is getting better. Several communication meetings meanwhile, in addition several possibilities to get information via intranet. Communication within the team is easy and open, flat hierarchies.

A lot of different cultures and working in a global team as well. So far one of the best experiences I made.
Work-Life-Balance
Very large and complex ADAS projects are being developed. Therefore, challenges often have to be mastered. On the other hand, there is great flexibility in having to get home, work at home or take a day off
Interessante Aufgaben
APTIV is currently one of the market leaders in ADAS and autonomous driving. In Wiehl, we are developing the Computing Platforms for it. There is not much more we can expect on challenges in automotive.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Renovations and modernization are under way. Offices are becoming more colorful and equipped with new furniture. Agile is the new trend. The building has offices sized for 2 ... 10 people. Open plan offices can not be offered.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Fair, as expected for a big company with global guidelines.

APTIV is new. Much more and positive branding is on the way. Compared to the former "DELPHI" brand there is a new image and it is much more positive and clearly technology driven.
