Ironically, the only good thing working for this poisoned company is that good people quickly create strong friendly relationships that will probably last for life. The only other good thing is they leave quickly.
Other than that, there is nothing good about this company. Maybe only to experience how not to run the company and experience the extreme case how not to treat the employees.

This is inarguably the worst company I have ever worked for. Poisoned atmosphere, behind the back gossiping, broken "company culture" forcefully pushed over the in-house instant messaging services, one-directional rude communication from management to employees, sometimes flavored with aggressive screaming voice and inappropriate/rude language, arrogance ("we are the best/smartest, all others are .../pick the bad word/" attitude ...)
You will find clientelism and nepotism, clueless management, a missing strategy and no vision. It is impossible to grow, learn and advance in career. Company offers no benefits, salaries are below average, human resource management is nonexistent, there is no working council. Company provides less days of vacation per year than usual (in Germany).
There is no equality between employees - for some home office is not permitted while privileged employees can work 2-3 months from home without a break.
Office building is old and smells bad. It also doesn't have aircon. It is unbearable to work there in summer, temperatures are extreme. Interior is ugly, furniture is old, many offices overcrowded.
Working for this company develops anxiety and existential fears. It does not take long to realize there is no future there.
