The best part of Arctic Wolf is the people. Many colleagues are supportive, friendly and professional. The international environment, English speaking culture and customer exposure are also very positive.
For people early in their career, the company can offer a lot of learning opportunities. The office is modern, the equipment is good, and the company has a strong brand in cybersecurity.

The company has changed over time and feels more cost conscious and corporate than before. Some benefits and events have been reduced, and salary or career discussions can feel harder than expected.
Communication is not always consistent, and not every concern reaches leadership properly. Team leads and managers are supposed to support employees, but not everyone feels comfortable raising issues directly through those channels. This can create a gap between what leadership sees and what employees actually experience.

Work-life balance is mostly good. The workload can be demanding, but in general it is manageable. Flexibility and home office options are helpful, although they could be more consistent across roles and teams.

In my view, equality and representation could be much stronger, especially at management level. The company is international on the employee side, but this diversity is not reflected enough in leadership positions. In EMEA in particular, I see limited representation of non-local/international employees in management roles, and the number of women in leadership also appears to be low.
This gives the impression that career progression into higher levels is not equally visible or accessible for everyone.
Interessante Aufgaben
There are interesting tasks and good customer exposure, especially for people who want to learn. Over time, however, some work can become repetitive, and not every task feels as meaningful or technically challenging as expected.
