we are now working in a new modern office, but the office before was unhuman
the founders were not taking corona really serious
they also promised to a lot employees that home office is no problem but in the end they dont like people working from home and you feel bad when you stay at home or you are ill

no transparency but founders promised to start working on it now

Its ok.
One recognises really fast that the founders especially one of them has his favorite employees as they are also their private friends. Thats not cool
