- Some tasks can get repetitive
- Learning curve possibly flattens within a year, but again the company offers possibilities to develop yourself further
- Sometimes a rather unstructured and stressful work environment. But this is in my opinion connected to the majority level of the company. However I always had the feeling the management cares about it and seeks constant improvement
