- make the recruitment process quicker and simpler, at least for some roles, otherwise you will lose good candidates on your way. And filter out the questions you are asking, some are just unnecessary.
- make sure you present your company to your candidates, don't expect them to do this for yourself
- get rid of that automatized video interview between an application and actual interview, it is weird and highly impersonal. Leave it only if you are looking for professional video bloggers.
