This might be my third or fourth year of working here during my summer holidays. Now I'm going to start working Mini-job during my school.
One thing, that annoys me very much is absolutely terrible ventilation on OPS floor in ATP, Pressath. During summer I could die from the heat inside that building with those large windows and no ventilation except two open doors and windows on the sides, which cannot save it, since the hall is very big.
The good thing is the normal wage for me, as someone from Czech republic.
But the company should work more on the shifts. It's just NOT normal to have a night shift and the next day an afternoon shift. I know, that there was a very short time, where the firm gave employees one free day after the night shift. I cannot seem to understand, why did they change it back into this.
Preparation of our workplaces are in the middle of my rating and that's because the machines are working only sometimes, I have most of the times my "platz" completely empty, which takes me some time to fill up, before I get to start working.
There were new monitors installed, which the morning shift doesn't get to use to know the info from it and the afternoon shift only sometimes.
And I don't see any reason, why should there be grafs on monitors in the halls. I think, that that's absolutely useless there and people cannot see their info because of them. Grafs in the canteen should be enough.
Now the good things:
I like it, how those karton isles were taken away, as it helps with the air flow a little bit and helps people to move during the shift. (When we aare standing far too long, then it just hurts.)
It's a lot better, since there are people assigned to fill up oils and having the code reading for the packing orders. Even the little shelfs for srews and such by our monitors were a big plus.
And I must say thank you for giving us some ice cream during the mega heats, as it saved us from fainting.
