Findet schlecht bis zu niemals statt. Egal ob zwischen Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitern, innerhalb Abteilungen, zwischen Abteilungen, zwischen Standorten oder auch Vorgesetzten untereinander. Verantwortung wird ohne Ausnahme untereinander hin und her geschoben. Immer ist das letzte Glied der Kette schuld und bekommt alles ab.
