Kommunikation
Even when you're on a mission, you'll always get up to date news and information from the Avertimers' community. As a consultant, it is not always easy to be aware of all the administrative or procedural aspects of the company. My experience is that questions raised are always welcomed and answered very quickly and efficiently.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Thisis usually one of the downsides of working in a consulting firm. Not really feeling part of a company or not knowing who your colleagues are. This does not happen at Avertim. Avertim has created a feeling of togetherness among its employees. Account meetings (at the client or at base), sport events, charity support and plenty more of special events are organised throughout the year to make sure you keep enjoying yourself with colleagues outside of work. It's all about that Avertimer's mindset !

Interessante Aufgaben
There are so many sectors of activity that you will definitely find missions and projects that appeal to you. In my experience, I've had the chance to enjoy missions in Finance and in the Energy sector. Swapping from one to the other was never an issue. There is not a lot more you can ask for...

This is part of the game when you join a consulting company. You need juniors, but you also need more senior employees as well. There is a nice mix of experience at Avertim, and seniors are mostly proactive in case you need any advice.

I initiated, together with 5 other colleagues, the CSR policy at Avertim. This topic has become important and Avertim acknowledged the urgency to incorporate those issues into its everyday management and strategy. Urban farms, charity support, social events and plenty others events are organised by a dedicated CSR Team at Avertim.
