Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The company doesn't care about the employees at all. They attract people with fair work-life balance options, but there isn't more behind that. At the end it's just about efficiency and the circumstances under which the employee offers this, isn't important. They do not care about personal conditions, not even about the death of employees - I have never seen such bad templates to communicate these new to all the colleagues. Just embarrassing!

Dear colleague,

we would like to assure you that we are deeply moved by the passing of our colleagues. We are sorry to hear that you felt our condolences to be embarrassing.
It is true that this was, also for us, a unique and difficult situation. As it had been especially important to us to act in the interest of the families, we contacted the relatives and identified with them their needs and wishes, before informing our teams and colleagues internally. They appreciated our empathetic communication.
In addition, we offered support from our partner PME Familienservice to the relatives and also the colleagues in the respective teams which has been used well. This offer is one of our benefits in the context of health and resilience.

We also know, that the amount of tasks and projects can vary from time to time and are therefore grateful for your endurance. Regarding your personal workload struggle we would highly recommend using one of the regular scheduled meetings with your manager or getting in touch proactively. Together, you'll be able to identify aspects which will help you reduce tasks and finding back to balance.
