No one shows up… home office and distance to boss and business is encouraged… great for work-life balance, terrible for real progress is times of crisis.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
It’s a fight to find a anything… only those with special connections seem to get promoted and all training programs beyond online trainings are scrapped.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary rounds have been low, delayed and well behind market. Incentives have been well below target and recognition schemes frozen.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Every effort made to look good on the outside to counter the external attacks on specific crop protection products… great but we all know it’s a ruse.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
So many leave, those that survive struggle to cope, are frustrated and haven’t had a pay rise in almost 5 years.

Anyone approaching 57 is asked to consider taking a package and getting pushed out… no more development and no more room for for us.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Claim that employees are empowered and bureaucracy has been removed but reality is it’s worse than ever! We used to make progress now we hang around waiting for bosses to fight over resources, spend hours aligning all the way up the chain as everyone wants a say in every decision now and no one wants to be held accountable.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Offices generally look great but they are empty and soulless… no fixed desks, nothing private, no art work but hey that’s our great “Next New Office Concept“ (NNoC) so we all celebrate it!!
Kommunikation
Everything is a secret and town halls are full of fake news… DSO is praised as the solution but it feels like a real life version of the “Emperor’s New Clothes“

This should be 5 stars if we had time to focus on patients, farmers and consumers but unfortunately we are focused on internal processes and talking about DSO.
