Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Wellpass, Jobrad, "unlimited vacation", workation

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

no structural knowledge transfer from senior to junior, for that is AI.
Bonus system is not transparent.
No structural system for career development.
Learning was cut.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Transparency. Manager Path for candidates.

Image

Very diverse, in the end it does not look like this in real life.

Work-Life-Balance

When you are finished with your task, then you have time for Balance.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Each year, there are less people promoted, chances seem higher, if you leave and come back to be promoted (even if it is a very short period, like 6 months)

Gehalt/Benefits

Bonus system is not transparent. Salary is ok.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Certification like B-Corp, but in the project it is still business as usual, travel just so you travel.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Depends, if they want something from you.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

The company is ruled by them, they are doing fine.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

I experienced not support, with finding projects or exciding in my career.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Laptops are from HP and not always able to perform for the tasks needed.

Kommunikation

HR is either not informed, or they actually lied, about pre-panels and quotas for promotions, not a lot of transparency there.

Gleichberechtigung

Lots of engagement for female Leadership. If you are so unfortunate to not be part of that gender, then there is not a lot of equality.

Arbeitgeber-Kommentar

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback – we truly appreciate it. We’re glad to hear that you value our Work-Life-Choice offerings, such as trust-based vacation and workation.

However, you also mentioned some aspects that don’t fully meet your expectations, which is why BearingPoint doesn’t currently convince you as an employer – that’s really unfortunate. I’d like to address some of the points you raised in more detail:

You highlighted concerns about internal communication, particularly from the People Team regarding the promotion process. In our intranet, you’ll find comprehensive information on this topic, complemented by internal news updates that provide transparent insights. In addition, colleagues from People & Development and a dedicated contact person from the People & Culture Team are available to answer any questions. If you’d like to discuss your specific situation, please reach out to your trusted contact in the People Team. Supporting your professional development is important to us – we are looking forward to hear from you!

You also feel that our commitment to visibility and equal opportunities is not diverse enough. Female empowerment is very close to our hearts, but it’s not our only focus. Alongside our internal initiative Women@BearingPoint, we offer many other opportunities to get involved, including Proud@, Ability@, More@, Parents@, and Equity Ambassador@BearingPoint. Our goal is to support all employees and create a diverse work environment where everyone feels valued and seen. Please let us know what additional support you would like to see.

If you’d like to discuss these or other topics in person, feel free to contact me at nadine.zimmermann@bearingpoint.com or reach out to your trusted contact in the People Team. Your concerns will, of course, be treated confidentially.

Best regards,
Nadine
