Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
no communication, they are going behind your back, they are blaming everyone else except themselves.

They should definitely work on their communication strategy and hire somebody to organise the mess they created in the last few years.
Stop the intrigue against their staff and start to be balanced.

They have a good image but on the inside they are a chaotic disaster.

You are living to work, they are not interested if you are on a sick leaf or not, they trying to make you feel bad about it or that you are really needed, and then let you work.

They promise you trainings and more wage if you do more task and then you do and you get noting at all.

low wage, no bonus. Payment are always unpunctual.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Except the trash separating in plastics/papers etc. there is nothing.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There are colleagues who hold together but on the other hand there are the ones they rat on the others to be employers "favourite"

Same as with the younger employees, no mercy to that.

In stress situations the employer aren't reacting professional. They are getting in verbal fights in front of the employees.

No communication! not with the employers and definitely not between them, results are that the employees have to carry their weight of responsibility whenever the employers want even if they didn't have to do with that.

they want you just to work. In best case for them, 24/7 and without holidays.
There weren't any interesting tasks.
