"I am writing this to warn other candidates about my experience with Bewerberboost GmbH. I applied for a position and was requested to submit my documents, which I did promptly. An interview was scheduled for April 10th.
​Despite confirming the appointment, I was ghosted. No one showed up for the meeting, and I received no notification or apology. I attempted to reach out via phone and WhatsApp, but there was zero accountability from the recruiter.
​For a company that claims to manage recruitment, this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. They demand professionalism from candidates but fail to provide the basic courtesy of a scheduled meeting. If you value your time, be aware of their internal communication and candidate management
