I came to Billie from a non traditional background and I have been nothing but blown away by how caring, patient, and collaborative everyone is here. Being new to my role I was taken in and not only mentored, but given the opportunity to put my own spin on things. Love the fact that Billie's organisational structure is characterized by a flat hierarchy and allows a high degree of flexibility.
The management is inspiring and very open to feedback and the fast-paced environment makes it both demanding and interesting.

Billie is a relatively new company, due to that things such as training processes are still developing, leaving some things to be desired when starting a new position. However, if you enjoy helping a company grow and develop, as I do, you won't mind this.
