Über den Buschfunk erfährt man mehr als über die Vorgesetzen. Kommunikation wird eher klein geschrieben
am Anfang sind alle nett, sobald du aber etwas länger da bist wird man eher gleichgültig behandelt.
Freitags kann man ab 12 Uhr gehen aber nicht in der Produktion. Urlaube werden überwiegend vorgegeben
