Bewerbungsprozesse dauern ewig, man wartet lange auf Rückmeldungen, Termine werden kurzfristig verschoben.
Wenig Home Office, obwohl mehr möglich ist. In der Corona-Zeit wurde behauptet, dass Meetings von Angesicht zu Angesicht ein Muss seien, was absolut nicht stimmte. Sowas geht nicht!
Versprechen werden nicht eingehalten. Ungerechtigkeit
In flachen Hierarchien ist es nicht einfach, Regeln zu vereinheitlichen. Jeder hat freie Hand, wie er sein Team führt und strukturiert. Das hat sicherlich viele Vorteile. Für viele ist es jedoch die erste Vorgesetztenposition und nicht jeder ist dafür geboren. Es ist daher empfehlenswert, zumindest freiwillige Schulungen über die Führung und Strukturierung eines Teams anzubieten.

Gleichberechtigung wird hier gelebt. Viele Führungspositionen sind durch Frauen besetzt. Wiedereinstieg nach der Elternzeit führt nicht zum Karrierenachteil (gilt für Männer sowie für Frauen).
Wünschenwert, dass es zwischen den Geschlechtern absolut keinen Unterschied, in den Gehältern, gibt.
Keine Diskriminierung von Minderheiten. Auch junge Mütter werden gerne gesehen.

Bei manchen Vorgesetzten ist die Kommunikation nicht klar genug. Das mag daran liegen, dass viele Vorgesetzte nicht auf eine Führungsposition vorbereitet sind und bestimmte Dinge für selbstverständlich halten. Das Problem ist, dass jeder eine andere Auffassung von Selbstverständlichkeiten hat. Manche haben Führungstalent, andere sollten trainiert werden. Die Schulung von Vorgesetzten wäre eine lohnende Investition.
Die Kommunikation besteht Großteils aus Selbstbeweihräucherung der Geschäftsführung wie gut die Firma dabei ist das Leben von Patienten zu verbessern. Insgesamt gibt es viele leere Versprechungen und den ständigen Hinweis, dass der Revenue nicht stimmt. Im Bewerbungsprozess angekündigte Leistungen gibt es später nicht immer.
Mit viel BlaBla wird im Endeffekt nichts kommuniziert
Definitiv verbesserungswürdig. Viele Mitarbeiter wünschen sich mehr Transparenz bei Management-Entscheidungen, was zum gewissen Grad nachvollziehbar ist.
Dürftig. Das Management ist sich oft selbst nicht einig und kein Vorbild.

Career Ladder nach amerikanischem Prinzip. Jeder kann theoretisch vom Analysten zum Director werden. Im Großen und Ganzen gut und wichtig. In der Praxis sind die Aufgaben der Karrierestufen zu wenig differenziert. Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf. Weiterbildungen und Sprachkurse sind auf Antrag/bei Bedarf möglich und werden bei betrieblichem Interesse unterstützt.
Weiterbildung gibt es nur für Führungskräfte. Aufstiegschancen und Beförderungen sehr undurchsichtig.
