Great atmosphere in the company. A very humane working environment where there is time to try out new things or have a chat with your coworkers, but also to get really focused on your work.

With a small team and a high workload, sometimes communicational things fall through the cracks. However, it has been made clear that it's in everybody's desire to make this better and there are noticeable steps being taken to fix this.

The team feels like one unit working towards a common goal even when not working on the same project. People look out for and support each other.
Work-Life-Balance
As is the nature of the industry, there are strict client deadlines that sometimes mean one has to stay late and get it done. However, I feel like this is balanced out by flexibility in your normal working hours like I haven't seen in any other company.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
A very approachable boss. Has a relaxed and friendly way of communicating and is a creative problem solver. Doesn't feel like the "higher up", but very much a part of the team.

Arbeitsbedingungen
Great looking office, working stations are fantastically tuned to the tasks of the respective employee. When you feel you need a specific item to better your work you can always request it.
