Unevenly distributed workloads, that lead to an extremely huge volume of work for some employees.
Kommunikation
There is no real communication. Although it is often said, that "open and honest communication" is welcome, it is not. Some colleagues would smile to your face and next thing you know, is them complaining to your manager about you.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There are some groups of friendly colleagues, but as the management tends to support knockers, no real team spirit.

Huge work loads, long working days, at the same time pressure to not make too many extra hours
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Incompetent managers, who pressure you to work too much. Lack of guidance and understanding of your work from the side of the management. Constant comparison with other colleagues, who supposedely work "quicker", just in order to pressure you even more.
Gleichberechtigung
The words "fairness" and "tolerance" are unknown there.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I guess the only reason many people stay there.
