On a local level collaboration works very well and people are supporting each other cross-functionally by any chance. What all has to improve is the collaboration between corporate and the local processing units. Projects are still scaled globally with very few involvement of the countries. This leads to low acceptance of local business stakeholders and sometimes double work.
