Capabilities of Managers and that they are god-like, they would never get fired, even if half of the team leaves because of them

Change the hiring process of managers, apparently you check the wrong things during the manager hiring process.
As an employee you can rate how much you trust the leadership team (CEO and below) , but not your direct manager anymore. Eversince this management appraisal was gone, they lost the connection to the team and the sense what is going on.
New KPI set is incredible high, which makes the job a sales job.

Very relaxed and modern, dresscode is "come as you want", which is appreciated by many of the colleagues

Quite good, internal facebook helps, although the info there might sometimes be too much.

As all are roughly the same age, you will meet a lot of nice people that eventually become friends
Work-Life-Balance
They always say they dont want you to work overhours. But then give you extra tasks without taking other tasks away from you. If you them stay longer, its not appreciated, but you get told that you prioritize wrong.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very depending on your manager, but most are either not capable of leading a team( they are more bossy), others just realize that they can delegate almost any task to the team and dont have to do alot themselves. Most of the teams are super frustrated about their managers.
