Everybody only looks after himself, one is forced to stab the others in the back to get to other positions. employees are layed off frequently if they miss their goals even just slightly. atmosphere of constant fear, especially in Burghausen, as this is a very small plant

small offices, very cramped. Often climate control isnt working. They built "temporarily" offices in barracks and containers - borealis typically these are now forever

as stated above, go All In. This is a very unequal company - especially the plant in Burghausen, almost every other plant or office is better and better handled
Gleichberechtigung
well, here gets interesting... Borealis Burghausen tells you no company car can be given, no bonus, no nothing. Completely untrue. They just want you not to tell, what you get. Company Car - entirely possible. Gas/diesel paid by Borealis - entirely possible. Bonus even during the year - entirely possible. One just has to have the guts to go "all in".
