I liked working with the younger colleagues but there was an indirect hierarchical atmosphere, the older employees were often rude towards the younger colleagues and told us off for talking when there weren’t any customers during the game, this conflict occurred nearly every day and it confused me because they weren’t a good example due to the fact that they did it themselves.
