There is constant pressure and the climate in some workspaces is really not comfortable.
Kind of cocky and arrogant, not like the member of a team. Not really helpfull and i had the feeling that there was way more talking than actually knowing stuff. Took the knowledge and ideas from colleagues and acted like it came out of his own head.
When it gives some benefit, the colleagues are there. There are nice people, too, but the most of them just use each other.
Sounded more interesting than it actually is.
They talk a lot.
There are men and women. Dont think they make a difference.

Pretty much not existing. You are expected to be there always. When you say you dont want to, you get answers like that you signed for 40 hours and it is up to them, to tell you the time to work those off. I didnt sign up for "use me when you want to". I am not a slave guys.
The founders act like this is Apple at its beginning. No its not. Noone knows them.
- First, they wont change because the behaviour comes also from the founders.
Second, it doesnt matter because noone knows them and they gonna dissapear soon anyway for sure.
Free fruits and drinks.
It seems like some 50 yr olds wanted to play company again and created some kind of a weired mixture between crowding heaps of younger people around them to make bbq 's with them and other parties and squeezing them respectless to maximum work. Its like they searched for some area to have party and play big boss when they are up for it. You cant take that for real.
