Das Produkt ist lecker.
Das Management sollte sich nicht in seinem Büro abseits der Produktion und der einzelnen Standorte verstecken und denken es gäbe eine Top Corporate Culture. Es herrscht ein absolut toxisches Klima zwischen Management und Belegschaft, welches sich durch gegenseitiges Misstrauen und fast schon Angst vor Kündigungen definiert.
Tolle Kollegen und gute Atmosphäre untereinander. Aber das Management ist absolut unfähig und verbreitet ein Klima der Angst.
Es wird von fairen Gehältern gesprochen, bis auf die Bäcker und das Management kommt aber niemand in den Genuß dessen.

Hetablassend und unfähig Kritik anzunehmen. Keiner hat wirklich eine Ausbildung im Managementbereich und das merkt man auch.
Keine einheitliche Kommunikationsstruktur, teilweise gibt es Änderungen von einen Tag auf den anderen ohne das genau darüber informiert wird, dennoch wird von allen verlangt bescheid zu wissen.
Never experienced such a relaxed atmosphere at former workplaces. Everybody is driven to do a good job, there is not too much pressure and you get support where ever you need it.
Great - there is no pressure to stay longer, you can almost every day finish on time and do not feel super drained after work.
You feel like everybody really likes and enjoys working here. A lot of people share same values which is great.
The company seems pretty young (most people are in their 20s or 30s) but there are also older people and they are very well respected and treated the same.
The management is great. Everybody is supportive and nice and because they build it up on their own, it feels like they are really well connected to the people and values of the company.

Probably depends on your position but Brammibals is a growing company so its almost guaranteed that you grow with your tasks and get to meet interest people on a daily basis.

Great atmosphere! Colleagues and supervisors would often ask me how I was doing and if I needed any support in any area. Great feedback talks, acknowledging my development, and showing with care the areas in which I could improve.
It`s not always easy to wake up so early to work...Also hard to meet friends when sometimes you have to work Saturdays and Sundays, but it`s part of the job...
The salary was good and we have Urbans Sports Club!
People here welcomed very warmly, like a big family. I`m going to miss the colleagues and friend I made here very much.
Friendly and professional! Supervisors often showed interest in helping me find better ways to do my job. They gave me important feedback so I could develop my skills, work with more confidence and autonomy. Generally very careful with the whole team's wellbeing.
Monthly meetings to share important informations with the team, slack group with reminders. All very organized and clear.

They give more advantages to employees than other gastronomy companies, and working hours are tracked to the minute, which does never happen in hospitality

One's workload was often not understood by superiors. There was no micro-management but one sometimes was found without enough manpower to execute simple tasks
Rapid growth with not enough preparation made the daily work hard with sub-optimal equipment and not enough human resources. 4* Because I believe this is different today

Since it is a business in hospitality and we are open every day in the week it can get stressful. Nevertheless management is putting a big effort in to reduce stress and overhours.
Depends on the position you are working in but usually there are many job offers published internally. Cause it’s a growing company you usually get the chance to develop your skills - if you are willing to.
In hospitality the salaries are never super high but in comparison they pay you fairly. On top many bonuses that other companies would never even think of offering.

The team spirit is unique and we help each other out whenever it is needed. I never experienced such a cooperation before.
They aren’t really any old people working or applying so I cannot tell
For how fast and big the company has grown the management is doing a really good job. They are respectful and value your work even when they aren’t telling you that 24/7. They are for sure not perfect but that is not what I am expecting as long as they strive to get better, are fair and communicate well - and that is what they do.
They invest a lot in new and good equipment and always try to make the working conditions better.
The communication is very open and clear. Every important change and info is posted on slack, there are memos and regular meetings. Problems can be addressed and you are encouraged to speak up when you have any issues.
Best I’ve had in my career. Many women in management positions, LGBTQI+ friendly and that comes very natural without trying to be inclusive - they just are.
It depends on which position you are working but in my job the tasks are very diverse. I’ve got a lot of freedom when it comes to my tasks which is great. They hire more people when you tell the management that you need support and are willing to invest money in you.

Die Arbeitsatmosphäre generell ist sehr entspannt. Alle begegnen sich auf Augenhöhe und sind immer ansprechbar.
Die Gastronomiebranche und das stetige Wachstum sind spannend aber natürlich arbeitsintensiv, das Unternehmen muss 24/7 laufen also gibt es auch stressige Momente.
Die gegenseitige Unterstützung ist toll, ein offener und ehrlicher Umgang miteinander selbstverständlich.
Viele Kolleg:innen, mich eingeschlossen, sind im Unternehmen mitgewachsen und aufgestiegen. Das zu sehen ist total motivierend. Wir sind ein eher junges Team und auch vor allem für junge Menschen als Arbeitsplatz interessant, möchten aber auch in diesem Bereich diverser werden.
Mir wird viel Vertrauen, Unterstützung und Freiraum gegeben. Auch mit meinen Vorgesetzen ist das Verhältnis sehr entspannt und immer auf Augenhöhe.
Teamprozesse und Kommunkation sind sehr unkompliziert. Da wir (noch) ein kleineres Unternehmen sind, ist die Kommunikation direkt und sehr effizient.
