Beautiful office right in Mitte, every equipment you need is provided. You get MacBook Airs/Pros, a screen, and Apple mouse and keyboard, headset etc.
Snacks are provided for and the coffee machine makes the best coffee ;)
Only improvement suggestion: Include a lunch program, such as Smuch, to always have a healthy (and cheap) lunch option.

For a "Pre-series A startup" they pay pretty well.
