Incredibly good company to work for
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
You are constantly supported to grow personally. Working in sales was fun because Home's service is simply great and offers customers real added value.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Paying even more attention to sustainability
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Please remain as much of a family environment for the employees as it is now, everyone loves coming into the office and seeing the other employees.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere in the office is very good across departments, which motivates you to give your best for the person next to you.
Work-Life-Balance
It is obviously a startup
Gehalt/Benefits
Very fair salary for a startup!
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Home has so many incredibly competent and caring employees, which rubs off on every team member.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The management is very strong. You can learn a lot from the managers as well as from the people in the lead positions. Conflicts are handled very well and get resolved quickly.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is one of the nicest I have worked in so far.
Kommunikation
What I found particularly good is that important decisions were always made in the team or the decision-making process was explained in such detail that everyone could understand the next step.
